COOKIES AVAILABLE

MINIMUM ORDER
To place an order, you must pick at least 4 cookies. After that, the maximum number of cookies is up to you!
PICK UP
For pickup, you will need to choose a time slot when placing your order. The pickup address will always be in your order confirmation email!
DO YOU SHIP?
We now offer shipping YAY!!! 😍🚚
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
You will have until Sunday 5pm each week to order and receive your cookies the following week. All orders placed before Sunday 5pm will be sent the following Wednesday! ☺️
If you place an order on Tuesday, for example, the cookies will be sent the following week
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
It all depends on the option you select at checkout, normally there will be 2 days, 1 day, express, etc. Orders are dropped off at the post office on Wednesday, once in the hands of the carrier we unfortunately cannot guarantee when you will receive your order. BUT you will always have a tracking number that will allow you to follow your order in real time :)
MY ORDER IS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT
We work with Canada Post and UPS, which provides you with real-time order status with your tracking number! Unfortunately, if delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible if your order has been stolen or moved.
ARE THE COOKIES NUT FREE?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our cookies are allergen-free. We use the same baking tools and workspaces for all our cookies. If you have an allergy, we do not recommend eating them.
HOW LONG DO COOKIES STAY FRESH?
Cookies stay freshest if they're stored in an airtight container. They'll stay fresh for over a week!
CAN I FREEZE MY COOKIES?
ABSOLUTELY! Freeze them in an airtight container or a tightly sealed ziploc bag and place them in the freezer! To thaw them, simply leave them at room temperature for a few hours. For an extra touch, heat them up in the microwave for a few seconds before eating them, they'll be just like they came straight out of the oven!
HOW MUCH DO THE COOKIES WEIGH?
All our cookies weigh between 4.5 oz and 5.0 oz before any center additions and decorations! Big, thick, gourmet cookies 😋

ABSOLUTELY!! :) We also completed and passed our food hygiene and safety training.
